Santam, an insurance company that charges you every month just so they can hire an engineer to give a possible cause why they should not pay you, why am I paying for insurance every month when they can just find any reason not to pay a claim, my house is insured under them but had rain damage in November, in December they sent an engineer which ruled that it could be because of maintenance but it never leaked into the house like that before without it being fixed otherwise I would have submitted a claim earlier?? I thinks this ruling is ridiculous and unfair.
