Satisfactory Service

Had a very pleasant chat with Seko assisting me with a quote on a vehicle. I've been insured through a broker, the service I've receoved with them is nothing compared to what I've received today. I had a few queries regarding the excesses that were app**** on my vehicle written off, the broker couldn't provide reasons as to why an excess was app**** though I qualify for zero excess. Appreciate your assistance in resolving my query at a level of my understanding.
