Satam is a terrible insurance that ripped me off

I submitted a home content claim as I am paying monthly for it only to find out I am not covered for my tv which left my soooooo disappointed I mean my policybis reviewed annually now they tell me I am not covered for wear and tear my tv was so expensive hence I decided to insure it but to my surprise I am paying Santam R1700 p/m only to tell me I am not covered. Why would you review my policy if it is not in my interest I mean are we paying insurance to be ********** or to totally covered. If I were you my fellow South Africans please revise your policies and make sure the same that happened to me does not happen to you.
