Santum third party bad experience

Bad experience with Santam - Claim ***. Client bumped me on 5 July doing an ******* U-turn on Nasrec Road. 2 months later, no help. I gave JMPD report, voice note confession, dashcam exists, proof owner was in Botswana and renter was driving. Handler Maurisha Pikaan just says "verifying". I pay R300/day Uber, facing hearing at work. Worst insurance experience ever. Please resolve my claim NOW!
