Santa's Pathetic insurance

I, Frank Seale, was Hijacked on 18 July 2023 and both my Cellphones was taken from me. With that effect, I had to apply for another cellphone because my previous Cellphones weren't insured. So I took out an insurance through MTN at Santa. Well, on 18 October I got ****** of my Cellphone again. On that dat I reported the cellphone and is still waiting on a phone. I am using someone else's phone to contact Santa. Everyday i phoned and every time it was assessments and assessments. Then it went over every time to Review and so on. I am still waiting. This morning I told them that they've said yesterday they will send me an email and I am still waiting. They said this morning these people are in a meeting. That was about 09:30. Well I phoned now and they said it's in Review. How must I do business without a phone? It's a Pathetic insurance. Ever sorry that I took out insurance on my phone.
