Santander insurance...pathetic customer service

Please do not use santam insurance. The customer service is pathetic. It has been 4 months since suffering major hail damage to my property and Santam is still busy with the claim. After logging a complaint with the complaints department, they advise that they are aware of the delay...stay away...pathetic customer service
