Santan Claims
<p>Logged a claim with Santam all went well,up untuill they delayed with Authorising my repairs on the vehicle,Auto Zambesi sent the details last week and no one bothered to Authorise and get back to them in time before my carhire expires,they only Authorised on 14.07 and carhire suppose to go back on the 16.07..I should have received my car today from Auto Zambesi if Santam did they job in Auhorising the repairs in time,now i am to be left carless because of their unhelpful service,I need this carhire exteend till next week until my car its fixed or i will be going to Obudsman with this nosense,i work for insurance company my self it does not take this long to fix a car,I was promised a call back by a lady that works with Rochel and till today no one i called ,i had to call and again am promised another call cause no one has answers for me...I will be taking this far.</p>
