Santam.worst insurance ever

i have 3rd party claim with santam, which has been pending 3 months now, i have given then a quotation, as one of the 20 requirement now they are telling me that they cannot process the claim unless i submit another quote i don't know from who because they want 2 quotes to compare, i have asked them where do i get a another quote from, no one is telling me all they tell me is they cannot continue without it, they is really annoying and wasting my time, because these is insurance company does not care about their customers as long as the get their premium at the end of the month, even their consultant are not helpful.
