Santams you loose, Santams you loose more
As a third party in a claimant against Santam, I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. Their claim process is extremely slow, I had to submit the same documents over and over, and now finally that the agreed to settle my claim, it was well below the repair quoted values or market value of the vehicle.
