Santam's representatives give excellent service

My home alarm system, garage door motor and gate motor + relevant electronic system was destroyed by a direct lightning strike. The electronic system of my luxury car was extensively damaged by the strike. Santam reviewed the damage reports and within a week approved the repairs/replacements . The persons I communicated with were friendly, helpful and know the claims process well. I was continually kept up to date with the progress of the claims.
