Santam's manager's hiding?
Dismal claims experience. My broker and myself have been asking Martinos Kgobe for the last 3 months to sign off on a new bumper and fender. He insisted that all can be fixed. The panelbeaters have had the car for a month now and had to beg Martinos to sign off on a new bumper and fender as well. Car is still a long way from finished and our car rental is expiring today. Santam turns around saying car rental is my broblem. Where is the manager responsible for Martinos? Hiding?

At least they are getting ready to deduct my next premium....
Got the car back with sub standard work done by panelbeater. Reported said shoddy work to Santam's panelbeaters, they are not coming back to me as to what they are planning to do about it.
Is this really what has happened to Santam's standards?

1 week later, NO communication from Santam as promised.
At least they are getting ready to deduct my next premium....
