Santam's Legal Claims Department

Our daughters car was damaged in a parking lot in Pretoria and the person drove off. No note I'm sorry, here's my details, nothing. We managed to get hold of the persons car license number responsible for the damaged and gave it through to Santam our Insurance Company. After a year they came back to us to confirm that they are busy " finalising the third party recovery on the claim". This is awesome to know that Santam goes the extra mile to find the person responsible for damaged done to your vehicle and driving away. Thank you Santam's Claims Department
