Santam's lack of professional care

I joined Santam in October based on the Campaign of the 15% reduction on premium based on my kms driven. My quote was for R811.07 Since October my premium has been charged at R870.56. I have called Santam twice to correct the error in premium and it was agreed that the difference of the extra amount charged will be taken off my January premium. As at 02/01/21 - Santam has now charged me a double premium of R870.56. I do not have the time nor the extra money to keep chasing Santam to 1) correct the error made in my premium AND 2) to allow for the double debit order schedule for this month, given that all my payments are up to date. Please correct this and this is the 4th month with Santam and every month has been a hassle. #regretandfrustration
