Santams Disgracefull Actions

Their Client crashed into our vehicle and they rejected the claim set upon them,. Their client was disregarding the basic rules of the road passing 2 stationary cars on a crossing at high speed in a residential area.

The guilty party also disappeared of site very quickly without an alchol test being conducted. They are totaly ******** of personal loss, medical issues resulting from the accident and basic legislation relevent to the matter. To be fair they are only liable for auto damages but it ads to my frustration as a result of them protecting their client. We are losing all the way with their disgracefull approach and "dont care" time consuming, *cost acculating actions. (*For our account bassed on their slow actions and delaying tactics) Plus they constantly ask for more paperwork above and beyond what was agreed on and signed for when we approached them. Please be advised that you will have to deal with people that does not care about you on many levels. It sadens me that they claim to care but reject claims where they are abviously at fault via their client.

Who protects unlawefulness, Santam does!!!
