Santams ********* claims process

********* business practice by Santam claims assessor ( Ludwe Busulu ) . I have a claim pending for theft . At sales stage Santams underwriters requested evaluation certificates for my items before they could finalize the policy, the underwriting team then reviewed the certificates and approved everything . The underwriters never asked anything about an address or any further details, the jeweller has since passed on and thevemail address is in the documents and the jewellers relative is communicating with the assessor however the assess is now advising me that he can't finalize my claim due to him not being able to meet the jeweller. This is extremely ********* as your underwriters accepted everything as is . I need this fixed today , I have been through enough trauma and I do not need Santam adding to the stress
