Santams bad operations

Santam has rejected my claim which from an accident which was cause by their client. I spoke with one rude person by the name of Lokash Dayasagar, Santam also went to the extent of telling their client : Hishtil SA not to talk to us when we call.

Their driver for Hishtil SA Pty ltd bumped a town truck which had my car off the road from the side on a public road. The drivers truck collapsed and he managed to come out from the truck and these were his exact words “ I’m sorry , I come from far from driving the whole night. I fell asleep and could not move in time from hitting your car” the Ambulenc took him away and later when the statements wer being taken. He change the statements.

The accident has happened in January and my last communication with santam was that they will not pay for my damaged car with a letter of rejection.
