Santam's accesor's speeding almost cost my wife jail time

Last year my vehicle went in to the panel shop for a accident repair. While the vehicle was with the repairer, one of the technicians together with the accessor of Santam, Johannes Kruger, took the car for a test drive, on October 4th 2019, where they broke the speed limit by doing 132km/h for which I received a traffic fine of R400. I called Johannes Kruger at Santam to bring this under his attention and he asked me to forward him all the details and assured me the fine would be settled ASAP. Today my wife got pulled over in a roadblock and they wanted to prosecute her on the spot for the outstanding fine that was due December 2019. I need this to be settled by Santam before end of business day today or I will take legal action and hold Santam responsible for all costs.
