SANTAM...I just want my vehicle properly repaired PLEASE.

My Hilux was taken to a SANTAM approved panelbeater with a dent on the side. SANTAM approved the quotation and after 3 weeks I paid the excess and collected my vehicle from Revamp Body Shop in George. The worst repairs and paintwork that I have seen in my life. Riaan Van Rooyen apologised and I left my vehicle with Revamp to rectify their work. Riaan Van Rooyen confirmed that the parts was bought at Halfway Toyota. The tail lamp is a cheap after market light and not original Toyota. I collected my vehicle again. Upon inspection there was damage to my vehicle and the repairs that Revamp did was so unprofessional and **** that I parked my vehicle and did not use it. I called my broker and sent pictures of the work that Revamp did. Everyone agrees that it is totally wrong and it was not done properly. SANTAM insisted that my vehicle be taken back to Revamp for the 3rd time. SANTAM said it will take no longer than 3 days to do the rectification. Almost a week later... NO feedback. More than a month later NO vehicle. There is NO assessor in George and SANTAM do not care... WHY am I been treated like this SANTAM WHY ???????
