Santam/Clark And Kent incompitence

Santam is refusing my 2022 claim because they say the panelbeater I used did not do the job properly. I laugh at this because due to Santam prefered service provider, from 2016 I drove around for 2 years with a false numer plate provided by Clark and Kent. 2018 someone drove in to me again and Santam assessor assesses my claim on false number plate. Now they get difficult and start refusing payment of a claim after being totally negligent. Saying that the guy who drove in to me in 2022 could never causr so much damage. I would like to see them prove this in court based on the previous comedy of errors. I contacted Legawise as Santam will need to prove this in court
