Santam worst service ever

Santam has got the worst customer service ever. Problems from the start. Takes debit orders when they want and when you complain tells you that they have to take double paid on the 1st and then took Oom the 25th and after having a fight reversed it and then again on the 5th took double. Never calls you back and makes empty promises. Never ever want to deal with them again. Agent does not even call you back gets somebody else to talk to you and then makes out that you are stupid. I am so done with there customer service
