SANTAM WORST NON EXISTENCE SERVICE (nightmare)

Santam has become a nightmare Insurance to have, Extremely Poor Service they don't care about their customers... I've lodged a minor claim with Santam it took them more than 3 months to get the bumper of my car fixed instead my car came back damaged from the penelbeater. You complain in the process of the claim you get to be ignored eventually they send you to speak to the assessors and penalbeaters as if you paying premiums to those 3rd parties.
