Santam Worst Insurance
Don’t use Santam they refer you *********** an unauthorised panel beaters an do not take accountability this is happening since 2019 I still have a problem with my car

Note that there was no private work done by car was damaged by the repairer that Santam referred me too for the claim I had. I have all of the records. I went back to the dealer numerous times however they have not fixed my car. I went to Brayston Audi as requested and I went to the workshop. They indicated that they do not do panel work however they can quote on parts. I will take this matter up legally an with the ombudsman.
No assessor contacted me as you indicate in your email. False an inaccurate statements. It’s a pity after being a loyal paying customer to get such feedback an no support. You have not looked at the trend of supporting emails since 2019. Santam you are really pathetic
