Worst insurance company ever, since my father has passed away in March, refuse to change policy into my mothers name, even after death certificate and letters from estate. Refused to cancel car insurance even after car was sold, continued to deduct amount, which is *****. Have contact company only to talk to staff that is ***********. Why is it so hard to change a policy into a spouses name, her account was deducted this month a amount that was not sent to her or agreed upon.
