I am insured with Santam for both my house and cars. When it comes to assisting you during an emergency they give one of the worse services I have ever experienced with insurance companies. For, example for home emergency assistance what they don't tell you upfront is that the service providers that they use in Cape Town only work during office hours. What's the point of that?
