Santam, what is going on, where are your people?

Santam has become too big, you get passed around from one agent/assessor/clerk to another in succession, have to call after them to find out what is going on. The same work is repeated by different peope, and in the process you just get angrier and angrier and nothing progresses, and no one has the patience or understanding to explain how Santam.s elongated, intricate processes work. Definitely not insurance good and proper, but rather insurance bad and useless and frustrating from beginning to end. Emma Meyer tried her best, but then the next day she is off, and Jacques Esterhuizen calls me and make promises, but another guy out of the blue Justin Khan emails me to ask for a document and say its to determine of the vehicle is a write-off or not. That after Esterhuizen already explained to me my options. So I am back to square One. That is of course apart from my previous bad experience with Santam where Alexander Pasivili false accused me of *****!!
