SANTAM - WHAT A "WOW" EXPERIENCE - JUST THE BEST EVER

From the minute we called our Insurance Broker Jan Wium on Monday the 27th of January at 14h17 to whom we reported our accident and that we were stranded on the R54 being our 1st day of our tour to the Garden Route for a few months, he immediately called Santam. A few minutes later a very friendly lady from the CALL CENTER called us to assist with all arrangements, thereafter the Towing company called from Henk's Towing Solutions, then Sandy from Road Homes (Gibbon Caravans) called and set our minds at ease explaining that even if our caravan arrives at their site after hours that evening she will be there to assist us all the way. When we arrived she was waiting for us and assisted with all, we also only left her site after 20h00 the evening. All the above people called us a few times the same afternoon to find out if we are still okay out there, on that dangerous road and to keep us informed as to where all were in the process to assist us ASAP - The empathy and concern for our wellbeing was really overwhelming - We have not felt so much care from so many people within a few hours for years. THEY WERE ALL SUPER GREAT. Early the following morning @ 08h06 Charmaine Roman called me to introduce herself to me as my "Claims Service Consultant" and at 08h12 she sent me a mail to inform what she needed to process my claim, she also had so much empathy for our situation and promised that she will sort all out ASAP for us as soon as she receives the quote, photos and docs from us. I immediately informed Sandy and within an hour or two, I do not have the exact time Sandy called us into her office to discuss the quote with us, after about an hour’s discussion and Sandy’s assistance to help us where she was able to re all the costs and damages and what we were also able to afford she sent all required docs to Charmaine for us. Early Wednesday morning @ 08h16 Peter Wise called me and explained the AOL to us with so much caring and empathy. THUS A LONG STORY SHORT – IN MY WILDEST DREAMS I WOULD NEVER HAVE DREAMT & EXPERIENCED SUCH GREAT SERVICE FROM THE START TILL ALL WAS SORTED – THANKS TO SANTAM AS WELL FOR SUPER GREAT STAFF & TO SANDY FROM ROAD HOMES (Gibbons Caravans)
