SANTAM VICTIMIZATION AND FAILURE TO SEPERATE BUSINESS FROM PERSONAL ISSUES.
Refer to Claim Number Mr TJ Wild-Pedlar ***.
Audi Claim for Water Damage, Audi A8 D3 4.2 FSI 2008.
Date of loss app August to November 2022.
Loss type- Water Damage due to sunroof being left open.
Claim rejected for Late Notification.
At time of loss, no visible damage to the vehicle, except water that was on the front seats, center consul and front carpets.
Water was dried up, and left the vehicle in the sun for a few days to dry out.
No issues with the vehicle was apparent and car operated perfectly.
In January 2023 it was noticed that the vehicle had mold in it and after it was taken out of storage, the vehicle ignition would not come on. On further inspection, it was found that water had entered the footwells of the front seats, where many of the vehicle control units are located.
The Broker was advised of a possible claim in February 2023, but only if we were unable to repair the vehicle at a low cost as my 3 sons are Auto Electricians
Eventually it was decided to register a claim in June 2023. SANTAM sent a merit investigator and an Assessor to view the vehicle.
SANTAM rejected the claim for late notification.
I am an ex employee of SANTAM, in the HEavy Haulage space as a Specialist Loss Adjuster, Moderator, Senior Claims Committee Member, Assessors Manager, and 2 IC of Heavy Haulage and the Claims Committee.
However, I whistle blew against Managers in the Motor Claims Department and stopped the ******* appointment of a person into my Ex Position of Assessors Manager, Inland RSA.
This occurred on 10 Nov 2021. 11 November 2021- called to a Forensic Meeting with HR for 12 Nov 2021. Meeting was declined by myself as there was no reason for such a meeting. However it was figured out that a Constructive and Orchestrated dismissal was busy playing out. On 12 Nov 2021, called to the meeting by my Manager, Piet Nel. Attended the meeting, but before walking in, I stood behind Waldi Els at the door room entrance, who advised that whatever happens, he wants me out of SANTAM, due to stopping his ******* manipulation of Company Policy, BBBEE, and the Labour relations ACT. The Whistle Blowing went directly to the CEO, who was Lize Lamprechts at the time. She was requested to do an external investigation, because it will be compromised if done Internally by Jerry Chetty ( Head of Ethics but has no Ethics, and Sharon Moodley, Head of HR). The meeting was ******* as it was a arranged disciplinary interview that did not follow Company Policy and the Labour Relations Act.
Waldi Els stands accused of arranging an ******* dismissal due to his ******* activities in this case and the previous case.
The matter is in the Pretoria High Court and the CCMA.
The following are responsible for their own Agendas and not that of SANTAM itself.
WALDI ELS PIET NEL JERRY CHETTY F**** CORTZEE SHARON MOODLEY
On the Audi, per Audi Menlyn, if the car was brought in within the 30 day period of the policy, and they found water under the seats, all the control units would have to be replaced, and that excludes unseen damage, and other damage to the seats and roof panel.
The parts alone are over 200K, which rendered the vehicle a write-off at the time of loss.
The vehicle is currently still considered a write - off irrespective of the time frame to register the claim.
There is no material differnce in the fact that the car would have been a writeoff in 2022, or later in 2023, due to water damage.
I therefore charge that SANTAM cannot differentiate between person issues and Professional Business, AND THE INDIVIDUALS ABOVE ARE MACKING A MOCKERY OF THE SANTAM BRAND FROM "REST INSURED" TO REST ASSURED SHOULD YOU CROSS MANAGEMENT IN SANTAM"
DISGRACEFUL AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ACTIONS BY INDIVIDUALS AT SANTAM THAT SIT AT MOTOR CLAIMS.
