My car was deemed a wreck and the final process was managed by Mr Kobus Nel Assessors.

I need to commend Mr Nel for the manner in which he finalized my claim. I have never received SUCH EFFICIENT SERVICE, without the need to speak or follow up telephonically. All communication was done via email.

Mr Nel introduced himself and told me exactly what his role was in my claim process. His communication was professional, clear and consice and he kept me updated. He responded to my questions timeously and in a manner that I understood. His work ethic is of a high standard, effective and efficient.... and all I did was check my emails to read how far the process was. He even managed my confused moment with an explanation and a smile emoji😊
