Santam vehicle insurance policy amendment

Monray Fortuin was very competent and helpful when I needed to update details of my vehicle insurance. She spoke to me in my own language and assured me that I would receive an updated copy of my policy via email immediately, which I did. Santam is always streets ahead of other insurers in making me feel like a valued client and in handling claims well by using professional assessors, repair workers and approving claims quickly. Their monthly premiums are affordable and competitive and thy're open to doing a review and a change in pricing annually. I also like their app with an emergency assist button should I ever need it. Great company!
