Santam unreliable

I accepted Santam's quote, I later drove to Glasfit for inspection. The young man refused to assist me as my whatsapp number was on a different phone. He wanted me to change phones, I told and showed him that it's not a smartphone. To date, my insured vehicle has not been inspected. I am sure they will jump to do the debit order deduction even though they would repudiate a claim. I have tried contacting them, no luck. It sucks already.
