Santam Uninsuredtp department- Pathetic Service Ever

Extremely bad experience with getting help from Santam Uninsuredtp department and Efficient Insure for a simple DENT claim caused by their customer. Issue unresolved 3months down the line , while sending continuous follow up and lack of progressive feedback. I’m so annoyed over this pathetic service.
