Santam - Unfair treatment (third party claim)

I need to voice my unsatisfactory experience with Santam. I was involved in a car accident where i was not at fault, where i was hit by a bike driver who was speeding through rush hour traffic and skipped the red light. There was 2 other cars also involved, who were also not at fault, as we were waiting at an intersection and pulled away slowly when the light was green for us, then suddenly the bike crashed into the 3 of us. Now i had to claim third party insurance from Santam, as the bike driver did admit that he was at fault, but Santam refuse to pay my full damage on my car. My lowest quote for panel beaters + tow in services amounts to R 15 000. And Santam insist that i am 30% at fault and will only pay out R 7 242.62, which is, and also would be unacceptable to anyone in that situation. I feel that i had right of way according to the national road laws and should be fairly compensated for damages to my vehicle. The accident occurred 12 September 2019 and i am still not compensated fairly by Santam as i am stil negotiating with their agents.
