Santam unfair treatment

On 9 January we had an accident where we were oncoming traffic with right of way. She failed to yield and crash onto our right side of the vehicle.She gave incorrect information in the accident report. SANTAM requested that my fiance should give his own explanation of what happend because he was the driver. We submit a affividat and open a case and their refuse to change the settlement amount. However we accepted the settlement because we struggle and need to get our vehicle back asap. The claims handler assigned to my case was unhelpful and unprofessional, and it is clear that the evidence submitted — including an affidavit, supporting documents, and a detailed tripsheet and explanation of the accident — was not properly considered. As a result, I have suffered a financial loss of approximately R40K
