Santam unfair and vindictive on third party claims

In August while travelling from the Bishop Lavis side towards the Mannenberg side on Duinefontein Rd. It has 3 lanes, on the inner right lane there is a 30-tonne truck and I am in the middle lane. We are both turning right at the robots in order to join N2 towards Cape Town. The Robots ahead turn red and I stop. While stationary, 10 seconds later on the rearview mirror I see a truck negotiating a corner behind me. I realise that the turning circle of a truck is too wide, I start hooting and the truck doesn't stop. There is a car in front of me, i try to drive forward and to the left and the truck keeps coming and hits my car on the rear right hand and I hit the car in front of me. I take pictures of me sandwiched between the 2 vehicles. We go to the Mannenberg police station to report the accident. The driver of the third vehicle makes the sketch drawing. I submit a third-party claim to Santam and they take 68 working days to respond and decline acceptance. They say conflicting stories were the reason. Clearly, a car hits you behind while you are stationary at the robots, the angle at which it was hit clearly shows a person who failed to negotiate a corner or to manage the turning circle. I have dozens of pictures. The area has CCTV cameras is there a way a person can get cctv footage of the accident?
