Santam ********* business and tender *******ion

I have a policy with Santam, Recently i had storm damages to my Property. the gutter was damaged and the roof started to leak. I submitted a claim. The assessor came to review the calim and damages. I was told they were going to fix the gutter and submitted the scope of work to a insurance approved contracter. I realised that they will be using poor quality products and said i will replace the gutter with new gutters which have a 10 year garantee. However i realised i was paid out less to replace the gutters and the contracter was being paid more to fix and patch the gutters and i was to pay my access to the contractor. my claim for the roof was repudiated cos i did not want to go ahead with that contractor who was too lazy to go on the roof, instead he sent a drone.
