SANTAM Underwriters of MTN Insurance

MTN Insurance is underwritten by SANTAM. I have an issue with MTN Insurance and complained to SANTAM. I received 1 reply asking for policy number and then nothing. Insurance in this country just sucks. They only know how to be quick to debit your account but not when it comes to claims.
