Santam unapproved illlegal debit orders on wrong policy

I had just signed up for short term insurance and the first installment kicked off no problem however here is my issue, 3 more debit orders went off my account amounting to R4886.80, I followed the process and called to find out what the issue is but it turns out that my banking information was loaded onto someone else policy ( i have supporting documents). now they are giving me the run-around and telling me it will take 7 days to refund me. I have been to my Bank and they called and confirmed with SANTAM that the onus is on them to refund me.

1. why are my banking details easily available to be loaded to another individual's policy? 2. why must I prove to them what the issue is instead of them picking up where the issue is? 3. ***** within SANTAM is alive and someone needs to take accountability.

can someone assist me here?? till today.. 8 days later.. I am still waiting!
