Santam umbrella has holes in it

My house got struck by lightning three items in the lounge got damaged. Had to Replace my DP board, now that its been replaced i found that my Amplifier - Nas drive and Mac mini got damaged. Took items in for assessment and the technician used the words "electrical damage" on the report. Now im not covered because it didn't say lightning damage. Apparently electrical damage does not stem from lightning damage. Unbelievable!!
