SANTAM - Tracker is conning your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up for car insurance... as part of my policy I had a some sort of special promo where I get tracker for a certain period of time. I did not pay Tracker, you paid Tracker. Tracker does not have my email, they do not have my email... all they have is my telephone number. They have never sent me a bill, I do not have any signed deal to continue after the lapsed time AND All I get is am SMS. Each time I get an SMS saying I am in arrears I call them and explain i did not sign up to continue and that I have had a deal with SANTAM which finished... but they ignore me. I have now been called by Blake and Associates to say Tracker has handed me over for R289.80. WHY am I being harassed and made to feel like I am forced to pay this... WHY are you using a company like this that is ****ming your customers?
