Santam tow trucks service is very poor and ***********

On Saturday 14th January I had car breakdown because of the fan belt, and called for roadside assistance which they did, but the driver connected his towing chain on the control arm instead of the designated place on the bumper now the control arm is and ball joint is damaged and Santam is making me jump around giving phone numbers and email address

Terrible terrible service now am dealing with the First4u guys who got no clue and can’t even tell me when am going to get feedback, Santam must just tell me they no willing to fix my car which they damaged because of incompetences, time to let the Insurance Ombudsman and tweet every 30 minutes on Twitter, they just a bunch of ********.

And how long am I going to wait here as you try to investigate something as simple as that , looks like you just trying to buy time, surely it can’t take you from Saturday to now to verify if your tow truck damaged my car, I phoned him last Friday night and he agreed to his error, please let’s be serious not this mediocre service you are giving me

It is big lie in your private reply that you where notified this morning as i phoned Santam on Saturday morning and the person i phoned gave the the email *** to escalate the problem. And i do not appreciate the fact that you say Tweeting is not gonna change anything, Just tell me here how we can cancel the Policy now you making look like a fool.You damaged my car now you want me to feel small. no no

From your private reply you pointing that i did not read carefully, For me i complained to Santam on Saturday how long it takes for any department in Santam it's a matter of your operation efficiency i can not be blamed for that, someone called me late telling they will revert back to me today at 9 latest 10am in your private reply you telling me 11am. Santam can do better with their communication
