Santam took my money without my authorisation

I cancelled my policy with Santam on the 23rd of October 2020. They even returned my prorata credit for the 7 days from the 24th till the end of October. All was well, and we parted ways. Out of the blue an amount of R1699 gets debited of my account at the end of November. I called them and told them I needed the money urgently as I have a new insurer and that is budgeted for the new expense. The agent I spoke to assured me that they would request urgent refund within 48 hours, I waited till the 4th and still nothing and I called and another agent said that is was in the system to process and it should reflect by latest Monday the 7th of December. Nothing on Monday and I waited till this morning hoping it would come through. It hasn't. I even received a cancellation letter so actually Santam took my money with my authorisation and is earning interest on it I'm sure. This is ********* and unacceptable, now I need to be inconvenienced and use my credit card because you ********ly debited my account. I want this resolved today. Else I am taking this to Radio 702 and the media and I am will trash the name of your company.
