SANTAM to close the old accounts

Can someone urgently assist with closing the unnecessarily open Santam accounts against my name on Credit Bureau?! I see it was last engaged on September 2020 but yet it still reflects on my credit profile. Please close it as I know not of such Santam accounts -- two of them.
