Santam third party insurance

My car was bumped by a car that has third party insurance with Santam. The tow truck tried to make an ******* turn causing me to bump into him because he was in my way at a 4 way traffic light. Waited for 3months and Sanlam came back and refused to accept liability that I must issue videos. I have pictures of the accident but they keep on insisting that since I hit his car I was in the wrong instead of investigating why I bumped into the tow truck. The manager for the tow truck came at the scene and saw what happened and said the tow truck driver only started a week ago and was in the wrong, but the insurance people state that I was wrong. I have sent emails explaining everything but seems I am just talking to myself. To get hold of the person responsible has been a nightmare. This issue has been ongoing for 3 months
