Santam Third Party Claim

I've had the unpleasant experience of having a client of Santam Insurance bump my car while stationed in a parking lot. The incident happened on the 23 May and after following all their prompts there is still no resolution on the claim. Nothing else is outstanding, I have received very bad service from being passed on from assessor to assessor, no acknowledgement of the issue at hand and just customary emails to prolong the wait. They claim that 60 days is their pride in solving matters.
