santam the worst broker to join

On the 11/02/15 a man almost drove straight into me luckily I hooted and he just managed to smash my front lights and dented the side off my boot he jumped out saying he have insurance and asked to be lenient on him I then drove to the police station and opened a report all relevant documents were submitted to Satam (his broker) they then called me and stated that they will resolve the matter however they just gave us the run around we had to get quotes then send documents that were initially send they said it wherein processing and in time it all will be over and we will be paid out for all damages caused to my vehicle.
