Santam the tarnished insurer.

Put a claim for my house. They declined. Reason wear and tear but actually it was a water leak and heavy rain. They told me to get an engineers report which I did. They said my policy does not cover. When taking the policy, nothing it mentioned. They don't even consult before making any decision. Santam are trying to get away from what they supposed to pay, same excuse as business interruptions they exposed to. Why can't they do the right thing and repair their tarnished name. People reconsider when making decisions in taking policies with this company. All sweet when taking you on but no service when you actually need them. D Naido0
