Santam

<div>I have had the worst experience with Santam. Precious Madonsela who is the legal representative at 3rd party claims has simply ignored me and does not come straight with truth. I submitted my claim in June and the process has simply fallen on deaf ears at Santam. I don't know what their customer concerns are but it's simply unacceptable that a claim takes 4 months to resolve. It's horrible how you have treated me. I hope everyone knows that you don't care about helping me.</div>
