Long story short<br> Motor vehicle accident, Santam responsible for paying.<br> This *********** company, asks for the sending of the same documentation over and over again. <br> <br> Information is lost between different divisions of the company and when it comes to making payment that is the responsibility of Santam, there is always a situation where you are made out to be a ******** trying to **** them out of money. <br> <br> Don't ever deal with this company, if possible there are many reputable companies dealing with insurance. In my experience Santam is by far the worst of the worst and will leave no stone unturned not to pay out or try and take as long as possible to pay out.<br> <br> Btw my claim dates back to Jully and my claim still unresolved and car broken. <br> <br> Pathetic, shame on you Santam!!!
