Santam really is the best, I had a cellphone insurance with them and when I lost the phone they paid the money within days after getting the relevant documents.

Also with my comprehensive car insurance, the premium was discounted due to having not claimed for the number of years I am with them, would highly recommend it , they answer queries promptly as well
