Santam taking too long with claim resolutions
I had an accident with a Santam clients, so essentially this is a Third party claim. The claim number is ***. I have been waiting from March to get my car sorted out. This is disappointing. I will never consider Santam as an insurer for my own vehicle

15 Aug 2025, 19:35I signed the settlement offer on the 4th of August. Till today I'm waiting. I have only 1 car and travel to clients for work. The inconvenience this is causing because I have to rearrange my life and book my car in. I'm happy that I'm not and never will be your client. This claim is from March. We are in August now still no resolution
